Common Questions

A few things people ask before getting started

Do you publish exact prices on the website?

We don't, because the scope of each engagement varies based on the size of your content library, the complexity of your analytics setup, and which tools you're using. A content library of 50 posts takes meaningfully different effort than one of 500. We provide a detailed scope and price after a short discovery conversation.

Is there a minimum content volume to work with you?

Generally, yes. The scoring system needs enough data to generate meaningful patterns. We typically look for a library of at least 50 published pieces and at least six months of analytics data. Below that threshold, we'd likely recommend a different approach.

Can we start with the Clarity Audit and add the scoring build later?

Yes, that's a reasonable path. Some teams prefer to see the audit findings before committing to a full scoring system build. The audit work does feed directly into the scoring model, so there's no wasted effort if you move forward afterward.

What if our analytics setup is messy or incomplete?

This is more common than you'd think. We assess your analytics configuration early in the process and work with what's available. In some cases, we'll recommend specific tracking additions that would improve the scoring model's accuracy. We're transparent about what the data can and can't support.
